CNC가공에 아노다이징된 제품들 색상이 이쁘네요.

현재 판매되고 있는 MTB 부품중에 아노다이징 색상이 들어간 제품들은 거의 최고가에 색상 선택이
자유롭지 않다는 단점이 있어서 다음번 제 자전거 조립엔 아노다이징을 업체에 맡겨서 해볼 계획이
있습니다. 흐흐... 업체에 의뢰를 해봐도 그렇게 비싸지 않더군요.

Control brake is a trials specific design brake system. Compare to other company's products, this system has some advantages for trials riding:
* longer level blades, offer a powerful braking power.
* smaller clipper cylinder, special design for trials wide rim, keep the cylinder away from your ankles.
* all aluminum parts are CNC from 6061T6 aluminum blocks, you can't find any casing parts here, times stronger.

The brake level set of ECHO Control hydraulic rim brake system. Compatible with other company's hydraulic rim brake system. The rubber sealed is top quality made in Germany, without match mark. For mineral oil.

The level blades of ECHO Control hydraulic rim brake system. CNC from 6061T6 alloy, longer for powerful braking. Compatible with other company's brake level.

Brake pads :

ECHO stems available in different geometry:

105mm / 5 degrees; 115mm / 10degreeds; 130mm / 15degreeds; 145mm / 20 degrees; 160mm / 25 degrees.

Riders can adjust the geometry of the bike by simply change a stem. Normally, shorter and lower stem are design for low BB frames(0-20mm BB rise frames), longer and taller stems are design for high BB frames. the 160mm stem is special for 20" bikes.

All ECHO stems are design to fit 31.8 bars.

ECHO head set has CNC aluminum cups, big size sealed bearings, available in 6 colors. 1 1/8" design.

Control 26" forks :

All cranks has precision threads, the threads are CNC. By 100% quality checking.

Front rim 20" :

By the spindle design, you will never have the thread strip on your hub any more.

Build in chain tensioner works great and easy to install and remove the wheel. You wouldn't hit the tensioner when side hopping because it's inside the frame.

The cog can be removable by a spanner.

Balance hub shell design, you can use same spokes of both side. better wheel strength.

12mm 4135 CRMO steel head treaded axle. 4 Sealed bearings inside.

135mm axle for normal 26" bikes.

In 6 color, 32H only.

The 15T cog is included by the hub.

Note: Please don't remove the derailleure hanger when using this hub, because the hanger is a part of the drop out, without the hanger, the dropout will crack easily.
