2015 Maserati Granturismo
The front bumper has completely new air intakes, which not only improve the flow of
air and cooling of the front brakes, but also act as a stylistic intersection between
the traditional oval grille and the new headlights with their LED Daytime Running Lights.
The centre of the grille features the Trident symbol in chrome with red detailing: a
tradition reserved for only the most powerful Maseratis. The central splitter, offered
in black as standard, can be specified in the same colour as the body or in carbon fibre.
The rear end then displays a tail light moulding with a special burnished finish that
accentuates the effect of the 96 LEDs when they light up. The oval exhaust tailpipes
are black, in line with the standard Shadow Line finish. The Chrome Line option,
with its numerous chrome-plated finishes, is available on request.
The GranTurismo Sport pushes back the frontiers of sporty driving with its numerous
high-tech innovations. Maserati engineers have significantly modified the engine
and suspension, and also the transmission, which is now available in two versions:
automatic MC Auto Shift, or robotic sequential MC Shift. Their single objective has
been to provide the driver with a car that is as close as possible to perfection
across all dynamics.
